What is the return policy for items bought in-store?
We hope you love our products and enjoy your purchase!
However, any items bought in UK stores that you find unsatisfactory may be returned or exchanged for items of the same value at any Calzedonia store in the UK, by presenting the original receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The garment must be unworn and intact including the original label/packaging. Tights that have been tried on, cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When does the 30 day returns policy start
The 30 day returns policy starts from the date that you order is delivered to your home address or to the selected store.
I need help with placing an order, what can I do?
Please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to place an order on your behalf, using credit card as the payment method (you will receive an email with a payment link). We kindly ask you to send us the following information:
- list of products that you want to order (quantity, colour, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery or store).
If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy .
Can I cancel/ modify my online order?
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Please log into your account, select "MY ORDERS AND RETURNS", click on the recent order and click "CANCEL YOUR ORDER" button. Once these 15 minutes have passed, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Orders placed with a gift card cannot be cancelled. The modification of an order is, unfortunately, not possible in our system at this moment in time. If you received your goods but no longer want them, you can send the order back for free with our pre-paid returns lable.

How much do I have to pay for the delivery?
Orders €30.00 = FREE
Orders between €0.00–€29.99 = €5.00
How long does delivery take?
If you place your order before 22:00 and so long as the item is in stock locally your order will be delivered within 2 working days if to Malta (Gozo takes a few days longer usually).
Should an item not be available locally this will mean that it is on its way to Malta to us and the item will be reserved for you; in these occasions it may therefore take a little while longer to deliver.
Should this be the case you will be contacted by one of team and you may cancel or amend your order accordingly.
How can I return my order?
Full cash refunds will be accepted within 14 days, after this period you may exchange the item up until 30 days form your original purchase.
All returns and exchanges may be currently done through our stores.
